1) Order & Shipping Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an email with your order details. After dispatch, a follow-up email or call will be made with the our in house delivery team and tracking information.
Please note that products in a single order may sometimes be shipped separately. Every item is carefully inspected and securely packed before handover to our in house delivery team.
2) Delivery Timelines
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Delivery Time: 2–3 business days.
Non-Shipping Days: No dispatches on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of delays caused by festivals, courier backlogs, political disruptions, or natural calamities, we will proactively keep you updated via email or WhatsApp.
3) Force Majeure
Please note that delays caused by factors beyond our control (such as logistics issues, natural disasters, strikes, or political disturbances) do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
4) Tracking Your Order
Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an update with the delivery details. Our in house delivery team will handle the shipment and you will be informed about the expected delivery date and time so you can track and receive your order smoothly.
